Seedoeatreview takes a look at some of the delicious menu items found at Tasting Australia's Town Square.
Beautiful weather, rolling hills, plenty of local drinks and eats, equalled a great time at The Taste of the Hills Festival. Seedoeatreview's Justine went along to check it out.
Adelaide is filled with great Italian-style sandwich shops, but what about the ones that are doing things a little differently? Take a look at the Seedoeatreview favourites!
A spectacular collaboration of eye-popping performances and transcendent music marks Limbo's return to The Garden of Unearthly Delights for Adelaide Fringe 2025. This show was one of Seedoeatreview's favourites of 2024, so I was excited to see what performances it would bring this time around.
If you've already seen Limbo The Return before, the great news is that it's a little different this season. The out-of-this-world vibes remain the same, though. Gene Sxip Shirey and the band return with their unique brand of music and sound that truly sets the tone for the 75-minute event. It was fantastic to see Mikael Bres back to full strength this year. In 2024, an injury forced him out of performing, but in 2025, you'll see Mikael do an aerial pole performance that must be seen to be believed. His cat-like reflexes and pole tricks drew gasps of both despair and delight from the sold-out audience. Mikael's feather dance was also a thing of beauty. Speaking of feathers, Ben Loader resembled one, such was his ease and gracefulness rolling up and down on the aerial rope. Hilton Denis was a crowd favourite. His amazing tap-dancing skills and audience interactions put smiles on faces throughout the crowd, while Marie Monch is a one-woman show all by herself. From dance to aerial chains and those weird bendy pole things, there's nothing this woman can't do. Of course, Limbo isn't Limbo without the magnificent Clara Fable. She brings the voice, the whips, and the fire to the show... figuratively and literally.
With Limbo The Return returning to the Adelaide Fringe in 2025, you won't find a bigger, better, or bolder show in The Garden this year. Each time I watch it, I notice something different that I hadn't seen before. If you look past the amazing performances and hypnotic music, it also tells a beautiful story. Forget going to heaven or hell; I'd rather be stuck in Limbo!
